I had an appointment with my midwife today, and everything looks great. We heard the heartbeat the moment she put the doppler on my abdomen, and she said the heartbeat was strong, in the right range, and my fundus was in the right spot. Mmmhmm. Okay. Way to go, fundus.
Next up is the ultrasound in late April, followed by an appointment that same afternoon with her, at which point we'll start talking about things like childbirth classes and the like. And since we'll know the gender then, Wes and I can start looking seriously at some purchases.
