On Mother's Day

Here is what I found in the kitchen after a much-needed nap Sunday afternoon.  Wes has been doing some landscaping in our backyard, and he decided to add some color and fragrance to our garden area with these lilies (one of our favorite flowers -- lilies were in my wedding bouquet).  Oliver evidently didn't appreciate Wes using his letters to make the message on the table and came to collect them later on.  He also seemed confused by the close proximity of my birthday (May 1) and Mother's Day, and so periodically throughout the day, he would say, "Happy birthday!"
